These terms outline how Pixels On Screen handles project scope, payments, revisions, delivery, ownership, support, and communication.
These terms apply to projects delivered by Pixels On Screen unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Projects start with a 50% advance payment unless milestone billing is agreed for larger work.
Final approved files, access, or deployment are released after the remaining balance is cleared.
Anything outside the agreed proposal or quotation is treated as additional work and billed separately.
All work will be delivered as per the agreed proposal, quotation, or written communication. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate task and billed accordingly.
50% advance payment is required to start the project. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or deployment. For long-term or large projects, milestone-based payments may be agreed upon.
A limited number of revisions, as agreed in the proposal, are included. Additional revisions or changes beyond scope will be charged separately.
Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client. Delays in providing required materials or communication may result in timeline adjustments.
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, and information on time, review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe, and ensure they have rights to use any provided materials.
Final files, designs, or website access will be delivered after full payment. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved work is transferred to the client. Pixels On Screen reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any completed work up to the cancellation point may be invoiced accordingly.
Domain and hosting services must be renewed before expiration. Pixels On Screen is not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers.
Post-delivery support, if included, will be defined in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance or updates will be charged separately unless part of a package.
Pixels On Screen shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions, or issues caused by third-party tools, platforms, or services.
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties.
These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
All official communication and approvals will be considered valid via email or agreed communication channels such as WhatsApp or Slack.
